Awesome food, with a great range of starters n appetizers. Pleasent ambience with live music. Mocktails were too good. Taking one star cause the live music was soooo loud that you can't even hear the person sitting next to you. Totally a mood killer. Price range is on a higher side but still worth paying. We went for lunch here. We ordered chinese shanghai rolls and white sauce Ravioli. Ravioli was okay, they served chinese rolls with paneer as a stuffing. It felt like I was having paneer sabji rolls. The view and ambience was good. Food was not up to the mark.

Detailed Review – The Big Pot, Ram Vilas (Udaipur) I had the pleasure of dining at The Big Pot, Ram Vilas, and it was an unforgettable experience. Food & Taste The restaurant offers a wide variety of vegetarian dishes with authentic flavors. We enjoyed a mix of soups (Desi Nariyal Ka Shorba, Lemon Coriander Soup), starters (Wok Tossed Crispy Chilli Potatoes, Hara Bhara Kabab), and main course curries (Paneer Tikka Masala, Veg Deewani Handi, Mewadi Daal Tadka). Every dish was fresh and well-prepared, with generous portions. Some of the subzis were a bit on the bland side – so if you prefer spicy food, it’s best to mention it when ordering. The assorted breads and rice complemented the gravies perfectly. Ambience & Views The rooftop setting is one of the biggest highlights. From here, you get a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Pichola and the City Palace lit up at night – truly magical. The interiors are tastefully done with comfortable seating, warm lighting, and a relaxed vibe. It’s equally perfect for family dinners, gatherings with friends, or even a romantic evening. Service The service was super fast, probably because it wasn’t too crowded when we dined. Staff was polite, attentive, and ensured everything was served on time. Overall The Big Pot, Ram Vilas is more than just a place to eat – it’s an experience. With delicious food, quick service, and stunning views, it’s easily one of the best vegetarian dining spots in Udaipur. Food and service were awesome overall.
