The Big Oowl Cafe in Sainikpuri turned out to be quite a disappointing experience for me and my friends. The ambiance of the cafe is average and decent, nothing too impressive or cozy. What stood out immediately was the lack of staff—there were only two people managing the entire place, which clearly affected the service. Most of the items mentioned on the menu were not even available, which made us wonder why the cafe was operating with such limited offerings. We ordered Oreo and KitKat shakes, chicken wings, two different burgers, a pasta, and a pizza. Shockingly, it took almost one full hour for the food to arrive, and even then, two of our orders were still not prepared, so we asked them to cancel those items as it was already getting late. To make matters worse, there was an argument going on between two girls right in front of the customers, and they appeared to be part of the cafe staff, which was very unprofessional. The food quality was also poor—the chicken wings were overly salty and the burgers lacked taste. Worst cafe!! I visited this cafe yesterday and the food was worst. Hot chocolate was such a disaster. Cold coffee big disaster. Who sells this kind of food. The service , OH MY GOD I’ve never seen such worst service. We waiter for so long and no one came to take the order. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
