The Big Grill boasts of a exterior and a menu that should be at par with any major buffet joint, but unfortunately neither it lives to general standards of hygiene nor the quality of food. However, their prices indeed are touching fairly premium rates whilst being treated by under-enthusiastic staff who let alone find it tremendously hard to serve properly, but can't even greet. Be advised, it may come as a brutal surprise to many who will find the same serving spoon being used for dry and wet dishes. Though, the hardest one - discovering ice-cream tubs kept in a barely-cleaned freezer along with several packets of sealed and opened frozen foods in plain sight to be served to the customers. A disgusting place to dine. Period.
