I went there for breakfast. I ordered white sauce pasta. Firstly it came very late and I chose to sit outside because inside it was very loud because of the children enjoying themselves. The outside sitting area was poorly managed. When pasta arrived I started relishing it only to be disappointed later on as I found a hair in it. However, on complaining the staff replaced it but till then I lost my appetite. It would be really great if the chefs and other personnel maintain proper hygiene while preparing the food and serving. Visited The Big Cup Theory, and the experience was quite pleasant. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it a great spot to unwind. Service was good, and the food portions were more than sufficient, ensuring value for money. Food Highlights: Oreo Milkshake – Absolutely delicious! A must-try. Cheese Balls – Seemed like they were just reheated rather than freshly made, which was a bit disappointing. Overall Taste – Could be improved for a better dining experience. Overall, it's a decent place near Serilingampally for a relaxed outing. Worth a visit, especially for the ambiance! Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
