The food is amazing, service is quick and ambience is cool. No extra nonsense, good food, sensible music and neat and clean. I would have given 5 stars but for the waiting period gimmick they played on us unnecessarily. We were told there is a waiting of half an hour, and we need to queue up. After 3 mins I received a notification that it's reduced to 15 mins and then after 2 mins received a call to immediately report to reception to proceed to the table. When I entered, I found the whole restaurant almost empty. I mean there were so many tables vacant and also they were not reserved at all. So why tease us unnecessarily??? The Big Chill – Classic Ambience, Solid Burgers The Big Chill continues to be one of those reliable Delhi favourites where the ambience is as much a part of the experience as the food. The retro film posters, warm lighting and comfortable seating give it a distinctive old-school charm. We kept things simple this time and ordered just two burgers — one lamb and one chicken — to share between the two of us. Both were satisfying and well made, with good flavours and generous portions. Splitting them worked particularly well as it gave us a chance to try both. Service was prompt and courteous, as you’d expect from a place that has been around for so long. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but the overall experience, ambience and consistency make it understandable. A good choice for a relaxed meal, especially if you’re looking for that familiar Big Chill experience rather than an elaborate dining affair. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
