I am an old regular here and the food is really good as always. But same cant be said about the management. I waited for 25 mins around 3 pm which is fine but when my turn came, i realised the whole top floor was empty. They fabricated waiting for fake publicity. This is total crap. Not coming back. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200

Went for lunch today, good portion, quality food and the highlight is the staff. Polite, english knowledge is excellent, and they ask you about allergies and maybe some dietary restrictions…. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

WORST FOOD, HIGHLY UNPROFFESIONAL STAFF, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!Staff at The Big Chill Connaught Place branch is highly annoying, disturbingly forgetfull, extremely revengeful & totally lost in their own thoughts all the time esp. in the morning shift on SUNDAY (21/09/2025). Tomato Soup was way too salty with full Liquidy consistency (PAANI PAANI RE) . Absolutely Zero Awareness of the farmer's market Pizza ingredients & primevera pasta preparation/cooking.Had to Request the staff thrice to add jalepeno & mushrooms in the pizza which he kept forgetting every single time. TOTALLY WASTED MY MONEY ON THESE ILL TASTING FOOD. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE!
