The Big Bro with Barrista, is that rare combo where a full-service bakery meets a proper café, and both deliver. The moment you walk in, the aroma of fresh bread and brewing coffee tells you this place takes its “Barrista” tag seriously. Warm wood interiors, cozy lighting, and ample seating make it ideal for slow brunches or long coffee chats. I went all-in on their breakfast and café menu. The American Breakfast was a solid start — fluffy eggs, sausage, mash, and toast done right. Hearty without being greasy. The Barbeque Pizza surprised me with its smoky sauce, generous toppings, and a crisp base that didn’t go soggy. But the real win was the Avocado Toast: smashed avocado with cherry tomato pesto and feta fresh, zesty, and actually seasoned, unlike the bland versions most cafés serve. This is where the “Barrista” side shines. The Hazelnut Latte was smooth and aromatic, with just the right hit of nuttiness. The Affogato, hot espresso poured over vanilla ice cream was pure indulgence. Bitter, sweet, hot, cold perfect balance. For something refreshing, the Cranberry Fizz cuts through heavy food with its tart, bubbly kick. The Big Bro’s bakery legacy is obvious. The Mango Swiss Rolls were light, with real mango cream and a soft sponge that wasn’t cloying. You can see why people order custom cakes from here. The display case alone is worth lingering over. Staff was quick, polite, and knew the menu. Jyoti at our table was especially attentive. Billing feels fair for the portions and quality. The Big Bro with Barrista works because it doesn’t force you to choose between good coffee and good food. Skip the average pastas or burgers. Come here for brunch, wood-fired style pizzas, coffee crafted like a Barrista outlet, and bakery items that taste as good as they look. The avocado toast + affogato combo alone is worth the drive to Sector 9. Only interiors and seating needs to be made a little more comfortable. One of Panchkula’s most complete cafés — Big Bro brings the food, Barrista brings the brew. Good for brunch dates, dessert cravings, coffee runs, and casual hangouts. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
