I don’t usually write reviews or share my experiences, but after staying at this resort, I feel compelled to do so because everything was so terrible that I can’t even begin to describe it. Starting from the rooms—they were so dirty, the toilets had broken seats, the jet spray was broken, and the wash basin taps were filthy, as if they had never been cleaned. The staff was extremely unprofessional—it seemed like they had no training at all. In fact, it looked like they had been randomly hired from nearby villages. The crockery and cutlery were not cleaned properly. For breakfast, there were only three items available, and even those were served cold and hadn’t been reheated. One night, I ordered a broccoli cream soup, and to my surprise, they had just dumped large pieces of broccoli into the cream. I told them it was the first time I had seen such a soup, and their response was, “This is how it’s made.” Looking at their utensils and kitchen, I deeply regret staying here with my family. I urge everyone not to book this property just by looking at its facade. This is for anyone planning to visit Mount Abu—avoid this place at all costs. Service: 1
