it's not muglai paratha....normal chicken paratha...muglai paratha serve with dum aloo....but here it's not...only single chicken paratha with small size....very disappointed..

I was expecting an authentic Bengali-style egg chicken roll, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. The quantity of chicken in the roll was quite low compared to the price charged. Additionally, the chicken pieces were almost the size of keema, which affected the texture. I’d recommend using larger chicken chunks (prefer chicekn tikka) and reducing the amount of ketchup for better balance.As for the Purulia chicken chop, it was not up to the mark. It became completely soggy because the salad was placed on top of it. The coating could have been crispier as well. I suggest packing the salad separately next time to maintain the chop’s texture.I hope you take these suggestions into account for future orders. Since this is the only Bengali food shop in Ambernath, you have great potential to grow if these quality improvements are made. Looking forward to a better experience next time!
