cake is not same as it was shown in photo , it's decoration is really bad, I think Banaras bakery treats their customers by showing something and providing something else. They don't stand for their own words. And my my cake has also smugged with box lid.

Very pathetic service the staff are very rude they even talk. To you properly I bought cake from this shop from past 7 years but when I go this month to bought cake and some decoration item and one of the item in decoration is defective I told them to return it but they told me it’s not our fault this is what the customer service I would not recommend this shop anyone anymore
