Subject: Complaint Regarding Billing Policy Not Being Honored Dear Belgian Waffle Team, We recently visited your outlet to enjoy some waffles. At the store, we noticed a clearly displayed board that stated: "If you are not provided with a bill before your order, the amount of your waffle will be returned." However, when we placed our order, we were not given any bill or receipt at the time of ordering. Later, when we asked about the board and requested our amount back, your staff refused to refund us and only then provided us with a bill. This goes directly against what is mentioned on the board. This experience was disappointing and felt misleading. We expect businesses to stand by their stated policies and ensure transparency with customers. After billing asked me to wait 10 mins. Order not ready till 25 mins. Staff was just 1 guy who gave me refund and after altercation asked me that go ahead and complaint to my owner and franchise as well. Such staff is Spoiling name of good franchise.
