Most disgusting behaviour from the staff as well as the owner. If an item is not available also, they show it online. And if we try to communicate with them, they show an arrogant behaviour. The items here are not all that great to show this kind of behaviour. Better learn to deal with customers properly or else its a downfall for this restaurant!!!!

Had an unpleasant experience at the Belgian Waffle outlet in Thrissur MG Road. We ordered items worth around Rs.1000, but most of the things we wanted (assorted box, Biscoff, etc.) were unavailable right from the start. The staff were unwelcoming and dismissive, and to make matters worse, they said they didn’t even have a glass of drinking water for customers. This reflects poor management and lack of customer care for a reputed brand. A serious improvement is needed.

We were very disappointed with our visit to Belgian Waffle, Thrissur MG Road. Not only were most items unavailable, but the staff’s rude behavior left us regretting our choice to dine here. The worst part was when we asked for water, they outright said they don’t have any drinking water. As per my law, denying safe drinking water to customers is against basic hospitality norms and even violates consumer protection guidelines in India. A brand like this should not ignore such fundamental responsibilities. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹800–1,000
