During my visit, I was asked to wait by Mr Atul for about 50 minutes before my order could be taken or served. While I understand that busy times can lead to longer waits, a nearly hour-long delay did feel quite excessive and a bit inconvenient. But unfortunately i’d like to say this was the worst Belgian waffle outlet and the staff misbehaved. I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it might help improve the experience for future customers. The Belgian Waffle Co. is famous for their waffles as their name suggests. Also they have Dessert, Beverages and Fast Food.
The ingredients used to make waffles and other dishes are of great quality and fresh.
