Came with my kid during breakfast time only customer at the time , we are at fast food quick service store , servicing sugary products for supposed just for fun and morning liveliness , unfortunately the staff girl had a apathetic attitude , it would not kill her to smile at kid for once .actually its not her fault , its our Indian fast food customer service culture. Only in jewellery and saree shops , we get good happy and lively customers services . After i paid for tripple chocolate waffle , not knowing that the base would be chocolate , My kid asked for a very minor adjustment- requested for vanilla base instead of chocolate base , she rejected my kid request . All the happy chill branding selling unhealthy snacks is a guilty pleasure experience is ruined. Why these store owners not pay and develop their staff’s customer centricity is beyond me. Placed online order via Swiggy at 11:26 P.M. just minutes before the online delivery orders closes. My delivery partner had waited for over 20-25mins just to be informed that the store cannot serve us as they are closed. Even Swiggy cancelled the order at 12:10 P.M. almost 40mins after the order was placed. Store needs to ace their service game sooner before they run out of business. the customer service is so good and faster 5/5 the parking was good and spacies 5/5 food is excellent 5/5 sitting was little disspointed but good atmosphere 4/5.
