This shop always cancel my online order and that day I went directly to shop so that I can enjoy waffles . The person there was so rude he said 30 mins lgenge . What kind of behaviour is this. FIRST of all I asked him hoga kya he was not even interested to tell n was making weird faces. THIS IS WHAT? YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS? I WILL SUGGEST MY FRIENDS TO NEVER ORDER FROM HERE OTHER BRANCES ARE SO FRIENDLY IN PUNE

Had been to Belgian waffle store at Nigdi at 1pm . Ordered a waffle for 160 and gave 500rs but he didn’t have change nor was he willing to get the change and moreover was so arrogant didn’t give the number of owner when asked to complaint about him. Didn’t even tell his name and was very rude and said he doesn’t care if the customers don’t come to him. It’s a request not to go and add in the business of such people.

Had an amazing experience at the newly opened outlet of The Belgian Waffle Co. at bhelchowk near nigdi, pradhikaran. One of the best place in the area to have some scrumptious waffles along with lip smacking shakes. Ordered naked Nutella waffle topped with banana and believe me it was awesome. And the Oreo shake, needless to say, was great as always. Overall experience was good. Nice ambience with helping staff. Enuough sitting space as well to spend time with ur friends n family. A must visit place to end your sweettooth cravings.
