Extremely disappointing and poor customer service. The waffle base was unpleasantly salty, making it nearly impossible to enjoy as a dessert. To make matters worse, the Oreo and Kiki toppings were so sparse that there was zero sweetness to balance out the saltiness of the batter.When I brought this to the attention of the staff, the response was even more frustrating. I was told that 'this is just how it comes' and was informed that if I wanted a proper amount of toppings, I should have purchased them as 'add-ons.'It is ridiculous to expect a customer to pay extra just to make a dessert taste like a dessert. Poorly executed food and a dismissive attitude—definitely won't be coming back."

Didn't provide mentioned products correctly. I ordered a KitKat waffle with extra banana but the waffle was missing KitKat and banana. Zomato also provided poor service by neither giving order replacement nor the refund I asked for. Cheated by both The Belgian Waffle Co. and Zomato despite being a Gold Member
