I wish there was an option of negative rating. Due to some technical issues I wasn't able to make payment for my order due to low network. I tried for 4-5 times and these ppl just cancelled my order. I was waiting for 1 hour.They were not treating the customers personally since it was an offer day . The staff behaviour was very rude. They couldn't wait patiently. Some items were out of stock. AC was not working. If they are not able to handle orders on an offer day why do they even keep any offers. It seemed like they were not interested. Worst outlet. Either u guys make some improvements or close this outlet. Service: Takeaway Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited Belgian Waffle in Ghansoli and we ordered their Honey Butter Waffle, which was priced at ₹100. But because of Waffle Day, we got it for ₹70. It was my first time tasting a waffle, and honestly, I didn’t like the taste of the honey butter waffle much. The honey was nice, but the waffle itself tasted quite different — almost like a dosa with honey! I’m not sure why, but that’s what it reminded me of. However, the staff was excellent — very polite, customer-friendly, and informative about the items they offer. They also recommended we try some of their other waffles. Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian, Large vegetarian selection, Vegetarian menu or section Vegetarian options: Honey butter waffle
