these is the second time i am raising a complaint, i never got any rever on my first one. after adding instruction that keep waffle bread crispy here it is, store has sent an soggy one plus oreo bisscuits are soggy. here we are paying extra through zomato and we get soggy waffles and with the fact my house is located just 10 mins away from the store, i dont know how does it gets soggy. plus after speaking with the team member at your store, she was not speaking properly, what does she mean by aapko ghar pe baith ke khana hey toh meri kya galti? i already told her i have my operation done and i cant walk and here it is the response we get?
