Extremely rude staff. they keep shouting on customers and delivery guys for no reason. just a request to put a little more white chocolate on my triple chocolate waffle made the staff really angry. he could have politely refused and it was ok. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very bad experience. My 4-year-old daughter waited for over an hour, but the delivery person never came and the order was cancelled without any update. I tried calling but only got IVR. Extremely poor and disappointing service — totally unacceptable. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
