The waffles are usually good but this time i ordered dark and white chocolate waffle they gave me one with just white chocolate saying that this dark and white waffle dosent have dark chocolate Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This is 4th time i have order kiki & cream filling triple chocolate pancakes but every time they send wrong order and when i complain them they keep sating mam next time will keep in mind but this time we cant help you worst customer service and rude behaviour to customer very much disappointed Service: Delivery Service: 1

I had two vastly different experiences with The Belgian Waffle Co., one walk-in and one online order. My first visit was in-person; the wait was 22 minutes, but the waffle was absolutely delicious—definitely a 10/10 experience shared with my family. However, my experience with their online platform was disappointing. The delivery took 28 minutes, which was acceptable, but the waffle itself was a letdown. Despite having the same packaging and appearance, the waffle tasted old and soggy. Worse, my child had loose motions after eating it. For online orders, I give The Belgian Waffle Co. 1 star. If you want to enjoy their food, I recommend wasting your time and fuel to visit the store in person, as the quality of their home deliveries is questionable.
