I ordered waffles on Zomato, I was informed after 20 minutes that it's out of stock, and when I called them, a very rude and unprofessional guy called Aditya tells me very casually that out of stock hai toh hum kya kare. He didn't even agree to send other flavour, and didn't even apologise. He shamelessly tells me stock nahi hai toh sorry ka kya hai isme, hamari galti nahi hai. I told him stock nahi hai toh off karo Zomato pe.. very casually says theek hai kar deta hu, usme kya. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. MY WHOLE PLAN IS SPOILT. Service: 1
