I recently visited The Belgian Waffle Co. and had a mixed experience. The food was decent — the waffles were fresh and tasted good, though not particularly standout. I'd give it 3 stars for food. Service, however, was below expectations. The staff seemed disinterested and the wait time was longer than it should've been, especially given that it wasn't very busy. For that reason, I’d rate the service 2 stars. As for the atmosphere, it’s a cozy little place with a casual vibe, perfect for a quick dessert stop. Nothing too fancy, but pleasant enough — 3 stars for the ambiance. Overall, it’s an okay spot if you’re craving waffles, but there’s room for improvement, especially in terms of service.
