I had a consistently disappointing experience at HASSAN store. Every time I visit, there’s no Nutella in stock. When I politely asked the staff about it, I was met with a shockingly rude and unprofessional response: “I don’t know, go and ask the owner. Why do you ask me?” It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated with such arrogance as a customer. A little courtesy and accountability would go a long way. Definitely not the kind of service anyone should have to deal with. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
