Why is the guy at the counter guy so rude , they are not at all welcoming , it took upward of 20 mins for a single waffle , idk how the staff is this harsh , even the waffle wasn’t prepared nicely Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The people making waffle are too slow took 16 mins for 1 Nutella waffle even after they had no order at the time no other customer asking before hand how much time they will takethey said 5 mins max to max.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
