Worst worst worst! They gave very unfredh waffle with expired biscuits. Then when I said the waffle is not at all fresh then they gave the second one. The second one was very fresh but after eating their waffles I suffered through serious digestive issues. Shame on them for giving such pathetic food under the name of such a big brand. This outlet should be closed seriously. Belgian waffle should be completely banned. Shame on them. They don't even have plates nothing. Utter shame on them. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered blueberry waffle and I paid the money as well. Since it was taking time to make so I called my friend , I was talking to my friend and according to them they called me for my order but I didn’t heard a single voice. I asked them that if they called for me and I didn’t listened to them so atleast they should’ve come to me and tell me that my order is ready but they said “ self service hai mam, apki galti hai” and I asked them ki I would’ve taken the order myself if you could’ve just aware me about it. Now the waffle looks like it was not heated at all and the behaviour of them towards the customer (me) was also not good Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently tried the Butterscotch waffle at The Belgian Waffle Co., and I was quite disappointed. The taste was just okay – it felt like I was simply eating sugar with hardly any real butterscotch flavor. Definitely not worth the hype or the price. Expected much better quality from a brand like this. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
