The Belgian Waffle Co. is a small dessert spot with limited seating and a concise menu, but what it lacks in space, it makes up for in taste. I tried the Triple Choco Melt, which comes layered with three different kinds of chocolate, and it was absolutely worth it. While the menu isn’t extensive, the options they do have are well-made and perfect for a quick dessert fix. The waffle was good and cooked well the ice cream portion was just a spoon worth. That can be improved.
