I recently ordered a waffle, but unfortunately, the quality was extremely disappointing. The waffle was completely burnt, which affected both the taste and overall experience. It’s quite unexpected from a brand that usually maintains good standards. I sincerely hope the company takes this feedback seriously and ensures better quality control in the future. Customers deserve consistency and value for their money.

I visted the waffle house today, at 11:45 AM. Miss Nisha was present and she denied to take the order.There was no staff present accept her, she said “ baad Mai ana abhi mai kha rahi hu” . I asked her I’ll wait, she denied saying i wont make . That is so rude , and very unprofessional. Looking answer from the team. Service: 1

Staff was so so so rude and pathetic Order kiki orea waffel which cost me 160 rs and after wating for too long they give so so so soggy waffel and taste we so pathetic In front of me another lady was complaining about waffel feeling and staff was like khana hai to khao varna mat kahoo So what kind of behaviour is this Plz owners take note of this And change tour staff Asap Or else teach them service and how to maintain their customers Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
