Best dessert place in Vrindavan- chocolate lover's dream! I loved the atmosphere - very clean and posh and you can eat peacefully. Just one suggestion - please keep 1 more staff. Just 1 guy was handling customers and paying some suppliers etc and it made the service slow. He was a bit grumpy also.. didn't smile or anything. Also if some filtered drinking water available that customer's can take themselves and some paper napkins to clean hands - as the waffles can get a bit messy to eat. Otherwise it was perfect and I was very happy to see this national brand in Vrindavan

For me, it was the best waffle I tasted in my life, better than in Europe, crunchy outside, soft inside but well cooked, not too sweet and amazing balanced service was great, and I could eat inside with AC and some music. Top experience for me, to return for sure Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The staffs are very rude. Denied to serve water as well. The store is too small to accommodate people. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
