I visited The Belgian Waffle Co., Vapi about two months ago, and it was a really enjoyable experience. The place has a cozy and clean setup, perfect for a quick dessert stop. I tried both the Nutella and Rocky Road waffles, and they were absolutely delicious! The Nutella waffle was rich, smooth, and perfectly crispy, while the Rocky Road had that perfect mix of chocolate, nuts, and crunch, a pure comfort in every bite. The staff were friendly and quick with service. Although the seating area is small, it’s well-maintained and ideal for a short hangout or takeaway. Prices are slightly premium, but the quality and taste easily make up for it. If you’re in Vapi and have a sweet tooth, this place is a definite must-visit especially for the Nutella and Rocky Road waffles! Everytime on Zomato request the Waffle comes totally Soggy though it's specifically mentioned in the order to make it extra crispy.

We ordered "Death by chocolate waffle". The waffle base was extremely bitter and the staff was not ready to respond to the issue. They made us to wait for around 30 minutes just to self taste and then told us it's the company packets they us as ready mix and cannot comment on the taste. Such immature response. Not expected from a multi city, pan India brand. Kindly revamp the local staff at the earliest. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹400–600
