The place and ambience are definitely good — that’s a big plus. They also have a nice collection of beers. However, a major letdown was the staff. The waiters clearly misinformed us about the ongoing offers right when we walked in, only to contradict themselves at billing time. To top it off, they added a ₹134 service charge and tried to insist that we pay it, even though it’s supposed to be optional. Ambience and beer? Thumbs up. Honesty and billing transparency? Big thumbs down. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
