Rude Staff.. In a weekday afternoon when the restaurant was more than half empty the waitress made me sit in a corner single table those tall ones, when I requested that my friend will join soon can I sit in the table which is low and have cushion.. The answer was horrible "No you are not allowedto sit there, only when your friend of opposite gender comes then you can request us again..we will try to shift" False advertisement: Near door there is a big advertisement banner telling 1+1 nothing more.. Ordered Corona which suppose to have gold dust inside as the price in tire 2 city and this small bar is 500 rs. But we got a normal one and end the billed amount was double what we expected. When asked about the big offer they advertise outside. They said its only on big bottles of strong beer(Kingfisher). When asked about mentioning term and conditions for same reply was "We say it verbally and change everyday". Horrible Food: Ordered a spaghetti.. They tossed boiled noodles in oil with whatever herbs they can find without salt.. Answer was it is supposed to be like this you have to ask for salt, cheese and other ingredients. Billed 5k+ where it was not worth spending 500rs also.. @Google there should be a negative star button for such places. The Beer Café at Esplanade Mall offers a fantastic dining experience! I had American salt and pepper corn - Roti with Paneer Lababdar, and it was absolutely delicious, one of the best I ever had. The paneer was soft and fresh, coated in a rich, flavorful gravy with just the right balance of spices. The ambiance was lively, making it a great place to unwind. The service was quick, and the staff was courteous. Whether you’re there for drinks or a meal, the quality of food is outstanding. Highly recommended for a great time with your near and dear if you are in the mall. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SPOIL YOUR HEALTH. Went to this so called cafe last week with my girlfriend. We were visiting for the first time. We were expecting the room to be a bit spacious but overall ambience was average. We ordered chicken wings and Budweiser Magnum bottle beer. We were just starting to enjoy the drink, suddenly my gf felt uncomfortable. She told me the beer is tasting awful. I asked the servers about this but they didn't seem to help much. Suddenly she felt like puking. I immediately took her to the washroom and then to home. She was out sick for next 2-3 days. They took my number for the complaint but never responded. So, I'll sincerely say to avoid this place for drinking. There are plenty of other couple friendly places to drink in the city. Don't waste your money and time here at the cost of your health.
