The food was good but I needed more options in the desert and the ambience is good but needed an AC or more coolers bcoz it was getting hot. Service was good all the staff was very friendly and helpful !!! Went to Barbeque Room in Solapur. They forced us to order the main course, but we only wanted starters and biryani. Service was very slow. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Purani Gali Restaurant & Cafe/The Barbeque Room offers decent food quality, but the taste doesn’t justify the high pricing. The service is extremely disappointing— the captain taking orders is clueless about the dishes and can't provide any details when asked. Worse, they serve cold food, and the staff is rude, lacking basic customer service skills. They even make fun of customers, passing comments and using slang in their mother tongue while you're seated. Such unprofessional behavior ruins the dining experience, and it’s not a place I would recommend. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
