The Barbeque Company: A Veg-Lover's Paradise (or So I Thought) So, I decided to give The Barbeque Company a shot, thinking, "Hey, a buffet? How bad can it be?" Turns out, for a vegetarian, it's a mixed bag. Let's dive in, shall we? The Star of the Show: The Grill Now, I'm not one to shy away from a good grill, and The Barbeque Company delivered. The skewers of paneer tikka, mushroom, and baby corn were cooked to perfection, with a smoky flavor that was simply divine. The live grill station was a fun touch, but I couldn't help but feel a little guilty about the number of skewers I managed to put away. Oh I forgot about the Pineapple tikka, it was really the best or we can say literally "GOAT". The Buffet: A Hit and Miss The buffet spread was impressive, to say the least. From the usual suspects like vegetable biryani and dal makhani to more exotic options like stuffed mushrooms and vegetable galouti kebabs, there was something for everyone. However, I found the flavors to be a bit on the bland side. Perhaps I'm just used to the home-cooked goodness. Dessert: A Sweet Ending Now, this is where things get really interesting. The dessert spread was a sight to behold. Chocolate balls, pastries, gulab jamun, ice cream, and moong dal halwa it was like a dessert lover's dream come true. The moong dal halwa was particularly noteworthy, with its rich, creamy texture and subtle sweetness. However pastries and chocolate balls were slight hard and tasted not much fresh, anyways nothing is 100 percent perfect Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
