Your biggest mistake will be niche ka nazara dekh ke upar mat jaana.. this place is awesome but the way to reach is little disappointing & ek aur chiz they should improve. It is between the full market so you will find so much crowd downstairs but once you reach here, experience will be awesome. They have stock exchange type of mechanism so if you download their app, you can buy drinks when you find at the lowest rate. It’s some kind of different game. Food wise also the bar is good. All services are good but at the gate they took my name number in register book. Instead of that, they should get GuestRAR which is the digital visitor management system. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Parking space: Difficult to find parking Kid-friendliness: It is bar so not recommended for kid but it’s like restaurant as well so you may bring kids

We went there last night with a couple of friends and we noticed they had a big board put up informing customers about them levying service charge. Now as far as we understand and know service charge is not compulsory it's up to the customers to tip or not, but when we received our bill and saw 1100 Rs as service charge we politely asked the manager to remove the service charge so we can tip our server as per our choice, this hooligan of a man started fighting with us saying that we have a board displayed and you will have to pay the amount.On telling him that it's not compulsory he showed us a form from NRAI claiming the TBSE is a part of NRAI and according to them a restaurant/bar can levy service charge. When I asked him to show the certificate that tbse is a part of NRAI he said it's with the head office.Clearly this is a very cheap tactic to extort customers. We have been visiting TBSE bandra since so many years and after yesterday's experience they sure have lost some regular customers.Also upon closing their staff was just shouting on us to get outout while we were using their rest rooms. These uneducated idiots really need to be thought the meaning of hospitality, filing a complaint against them for this service charge issue. Ban TBSE for life.
