Dear AJ ji, Thanks for your review. 1) Authentic South Indian foods should idly be eaten by hands as it improves digestion due to the tactile stimulation from your fingertips, hence the spoons are only kept for sambhar and chutney sipping. 2) Summers are set in north India after holi the festival of spring, marking the transition from winter to the warmer summer months. Hence we practice to use ACs/Coolers in our restaurants after holi with necessary arrangements. 3)We use biodegradable and recycled food products for our packing which costs us amount , we therefore in turn charge it to our take-away customers not dine-iners.
