AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS – TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. My recent experience was nothing short of a scam. I made an advance booking online at the confirmed rate of ₹2,000, but upon arrival, the staff demanded an additional ₹1,500, claiming it was "peak season." Despite showing proof of my reservation, the owner and receptionist flatly refused to honor the agreed price—even after lengthy arguments. Shockingly, even OYO customer support failed to resolve the issue, as the hotel blatantly disregarded their own partnered booking terms. To make matters worse, I was traveling with my wife and one-year-old child, and despite offering to compromise with an extra ₹500, they still turned us away. The owner’s greed and complete lack of professionalism were appalling. The hotel itself is mediocre at best, yet they exploit customers with false pricing and unethical practices. I suspect their five-star ratings are fake—likely posted by the owner’s circle—as multiple guests have reported similar issues. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Recently visited Varanasi. Found this hotel online and found mixed reviews but when I visited personally- I was amused. Quality and very polite staff, cleanliness was superb. Well maintained hotel in a good budget. Food was excellent. Easy to access.. Need to book in advance during holiday peaks as it gets booked very fast.
