I recently discovered this cute and amazing "Bamboo Shack" in the middle of the Jungle Safari. I must say, their momo were fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. The staff was friendly and attentive. Also, you should try their spicy Aloo Mimi. If you're in the area, don't miss this place – it's worth every bite Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

“I think you "the Bamboo Shack Team" did a great job by coming up with such great food. it shows that you have great taste when it comes to food. The momos are incredibly awesome and the veg noodles too. I would love to see you come up with more fusion and more items somewhere in the city of Siliguri. I really think you have the potential to compete in the market. I wish you luck and success for your future endeavours
