I had ordered a lot of sweets (worth over ₹5,000) from the baklava box. Firstly I had to go collect it from the delivery station. They do not send it with a delivery partner that knows there’s perishable goods in it. And the sweets were HORRIBLE. Ordered something and received something else. After informing them that the order is wrong, they tell me that it’s okay, just eat it. But the sweets were not at all edible. Not at all do they look like as shown in the images.

These people are big scamsters. You order from them, the delivery does not go through because apparently according to the courier, the sweets were devoured by rats ( it happens). When you ask for a refund, they promise you another box by some super duper courier which does not pan out. When the replacement box does not arrive, they say they will refund your money within 3-5 days but more than a month later from the first order, you neither see your box nor your money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.
