They have a good variety of items I love their mixture products but recently got disappointed by the quality, I got the veg parcels because it looked good but it was kinda stale or might be served from previous days. Please restock fresh items everyday, bakery products can’t be used for extended period, change in taste is easily felt. Reposting this review as they have deleted my previous comment as their account manage with good PR team...now I have reposted it again for the rocord…... I recently visited *The Baker's Story*, (Ansal outlet ) and I must say, it was a huge disappointment. The food quality is absolutely terrible, with stale pastries and bland flavors that made me regret my purchase. On top of that, the staff had a serious attitude problem. Instead of being courteous, they were dismissive and rude, acting like they were doing us a favor . It seems like the only thing they focus on is their social media presence because that's where all the hype ends. If they spent half as much effort on improving their food and customer service as they do on their Instagram, they might actually have something worth trying. Save your money and time—there are far better bakeries out there!
