ABSOLUTELY DIVINE!! The BASQUE cheesecake from this bakery is hands down the best I've ever tasted. The creamy texture, the perfect balance of sweetness….it's just pure perfection! I tried the Chocoladen Cake from The Baker & Co in Calicut, and it was absolutely amazing. The cafe itself has such a beautiful aesthetic, elegant vibe that makes the experience even more delightful.
