This place used to be really good But it’s really sad that after three years of visiting this place, I’m having to write a bad review. There’s a whole lot of arrogance, Unprofessionalism And a lack of good service. Many of the servers Especially the manager Pandey Is obnoxiously rude, Defensive to feedback And horribly unprofessional in further service. I had one interaction of feedback on a very mediocre food item which was received with obnoxious attitude and the Service following that visit has deteriorated horribly to a level of disrespect. Not expected from a place like backyard brew. Complete loss of interest never coming back here again.

Had an amazing experience at The Backyard Brew! The vibe is fantastic, the food is absolutely delicious, and the hospitality is truly over the top. The staff here is among the best I’ve come across, with excellent service that makes you feel right at home.
