Service is good. Staff is quick n prompt Mr Lalit Kamat was very soft spoken and co-op. Food quality is good Due to high ceilings the place has become airy n spacious. We had the pleasure of visiting The backlane kitchen and bar during this Diwali. The ambience and the food was exceptional. As it was diwali night, the restaurant was fully packed, maybe that was the reason service was bit slow. They had live band performance when we visited and the vibe was amazing. Coming to the food part, their advertise says menu is curated by celebrity chef and it is really really good. They have wide varieties of food options ranging from mughlai/North Indian to oriental. Their triple chicken fried rice is hands down best in Thane. Other starters like chicken lollipop, Mongolian chicken were also juicy and full of flavours. Will definitely visit again to try their other food items. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
