A quaint, gem of a place situated near the CHIL SEZ IT Park in Saravanampatti. One would not expect much when seeing this dingy parlor in the roadside, which is probably a reason there is a lesser influx of customers when compared to other competitors in the same road such as Mario Juicy. But the moment one decides to pay a visit, they will be met with food that pay respect to their ingredients and remind them of home. Pros: 1. The best juices in Saravanampatti (As far as I have tried). Literally, all the juices feel like they have little to no adulteration in them. Mango tastes like Mango, Apple tastes like Apple, with little to no dilution (Might want to ask them to cut down on the added sugar though). Fresh, refreshing, and delicious. 2. Although the same can be said about their sandwiches and rolls, you often feel the flavors are repetitive and lack variety. The same masala and sauces seem to dominate all the sandwiches, but that is not to say they are any less delicious. The other food items for the most part, are great as well. 3. At a point in time, they used to play nostalgic music (mostly Tamil) in the shop. This added a rustic vibe to the parlor, which needed it to drown out the dreary atmosphere. But it seems they have submitted the system for repairs. The current status of the music is unknown. Cons: 1. By far, the worst gripe I have about this store, is the abysmal waiting times. They take a long time to prepare the food and juices, which is especially problematic if you are in a hurry and decided to get a quick bite to eat. Thankfully, the flavors and genuineness of the food and drinks make up for this, but do not decide to come if you are pressed for time. 2. Another thing that could use improvement is the overall atmosphere and how they sell themselves. Even though there have been major improvements with a recent renovation and music, the store still struggles to attract the mainstream. Clients preferring stores like Mario Juicy instead. Once they figure out a way to exude brand presence in the area, it’s bound to be a definite hit among food lovers. This store had once sold items like Puttu and Chapathi, which were staples in their menu and undoubtedly delicious. But they were forced to remove them after seeing a lack of business. It makes me sad that many a time, small businesses tend to go unnoticed in contrast to the more shinier alternatives. But hopefully as people get wiser to this fact, they find a way to thrive and shine. Vegetarian options: Fruits and vegetables taste fresh and delicious.
