I visited The BBQ Industry on Jail Road, Tilak Nagar for lunch with a colleague. The overall experience was decent, though a bit mixed in terms of food quality.The starters were average overall, but a few items stood out. The dahi bhalla chaat, crispy corn, and potato cushions were quite good and enjoyable. However, some of the other starters didn’t really impress.In the main course, the dal makhani was definitely the highlight — rich and flavorful. The aloo gobi paired with garlic naan and lachcha paratha was also satisfying. Other items in the main course didn’t quite meet expectations.When it came to desserts, the halwa, gulab jamun, and paan-flavored ice cream were all tasty and nicely presented. The rest of the dessert options were forgettable.In short, it’s a decent spot if you stick to their few standout dishes. There’s room for improvement, but some items are definitely worth trying.
