I've always been a fan of Barbeque Nation and have dined at several of their outlets in Noida and Gurgaon, consistently enjoying the quality and variety they offer. However, my recent experience with their home delivery — ordering the Barbeque Box — was a major letdown.Firstly, I had ordered an additional whole wheat paratha, which was simply missing from the delivery. But the bigger concern was the overall quality of the food. Most of the sabzis were extremely salty — to the point of being nearly inedible. The balance of flavors, which Barbeque Nation is usually known for, was completely off. It was shocking, especially coming from a brand that I’ve trusted for special meals and celebrations.This meal was meant to mark a special occasion with my family, and unfortunately, the poor quality of food really soured the experience. I had assumed that the home-delivered box would reflect the same standards I’ve experienced at the restaurants — but that clearly wasn’t the case.Barbeque Nation needs to seriously revisit the quality control of their delivery kitchen. Such lapses not only affect customer satisfaction but also damage the reputation of a brand many of us have loved for years.I sincerely hope the team takes this feedback constructively and ensures that future deliveries live up to the promise Barbeque Nation has built over time. For loyal customers like me, it's not just about one bad meal — it's about broken trust.
