Had a chance to try out the this Restaurant when visiting friends place. I was worried about the oil in the Biryani and the Ulta Handi Paratha. To my surprise, there was not a hint of oil and the Biryani was tasty too. This has become my second best restaurant after Paradise, Secundrabad. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Mutton Biryani, Chicken Masala and Mughlai Paratha

The taste was okay, but not as authentic as I expected. The strong flavor of cardamom was quite overpowering. Since it's an old and well-known restaurant, I had higher expectations. However, the staff was cooperative and the place was clean, which added to the overall experience. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The Awadh's Dastarkhwan is located on the main road of Gomtinagar near Indira Gandhi Pratisthan. It is well known for non-vegetarian food. Offers lots of variety of non vegetarian Awadh style authentic dishes in Chicken and Mutton. This restaurant offers one of the best Biryani. We ordered Chicken masala, Galwati Kabab and Mughalai paratha. All the dishes were very tasty. Specially the Chicken masala was very tasty. This restaurant has enough sitting arrangements to accommodate around 25 to 30 people at a time. The sitting arrangement was a bit congested. The place is bit noisy and crowded. Service was quick. Ambience was not that good, but due to good food people do come here. Prices are economical. Overall it was good experience.
