I visited Asian Hive recently after hearing and watching Instagram reels with gloating reviews of the place. The ambience is nice however the constant air freshener being dispensed was a bummer as you really can’t smell your food and the air is thick with the room freshner As for the dishes we order 1) Chicken wonton soup- the soup lacked flavour but was decent 2) Dynamite prawns - served dead cold. I wish it was served hot the flavours were decent. 3) spicy chilli coriander chicken dumplings - this was a win. Served hot with 3 accompanying sauces (scallion oil, chilli oil and a tomato chilli based sauce) 4) Som Tam salad - a true disappointment this salad was WAY TO SWEET. The sweet overpowered any other flavour present 5) Katsu chicken bao - a very sad excuse for a dish. A warm bum with 2 pieces of chicken katsu, some lettuce, one slice of cucumber and some mayo. A complete lack of flavour and throughly disappointing. Over all this place is a definite hit and miss. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
