The rooms are currently undergoing renovation and therefore, the place is not fully functional. However, I can already see the high potential it has. Loved the courtyard and hospitality by the staff. Highly recommended! The location is closer the city and Lake Pichola, City Palace and all touristy places are well within reach, perhaps 1.5 to 2 kms away. I had one of my worst ever experience at this hotel (The Artist House, Udaipur) stay. I stayed in Sept 24. I faced issues which were not taken care of at the time of stay and few are still pending : 1. Lock of wash room was broken and informed at front desk immediately which was not solved. 2. Hotel is providing GST bill wherein incorrect GST details were recorded. Hotel has still not provided me bill with correct GST details till date even after making complaint at their desk and website. I will never prefer and refer to anyone. This is quite visible deficiency in service part of Hotel. Service: 1
