They can do better. I ordered both non-veg sushis to try and I was not satisfied with the making. The chicken was dry, the roll wasn’t tight which made it susceptible to breaking, the rice could use some moisture and extra rice vinegar, and the overall taste can be less sour.
There’s scope of improvement. I recommend that the above feedback be implemented, and smaller rolls to be made for easy bites.
