for home delivery they probably make and keep in advance during the day. the appam, the Malabari paratha and the neer dosa were all stale, not fresh

I tried ojt the appumm house for the first after hearing a lot about it. The staff so patiently answered questions and suggested me the best dish. I finally had chicken corg pepper fry which was a perfect dish with appamss. Proper south indian taste.
