We have booked a room in a emergency at Apple tree, We have been charged with 1800 plus 400 for the heater in which they have pressured us to pay full payment of 2200 upfront while checking in. 2 hour after checking in the heater stopped working, We have informed the reception as they were ignorant about the issue as they told us to come to reception to so that can use the common lobby heater. Told us that the heater we took will get ready at 9 pm, As its because of the voltage issue. Neither they have informed prior that there will be issue in voltage nor they have sorted the issue and were too ignorant, we have vacted the place the same time. They were not accepting anything we said as it was like our mistake. Neither we received any refund nor they have given us any invoice or receipt for the amount we paid.
